Appointment Booking:

To book an appointment, please contact me directly or book online via my online booking system. All appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a booking request. For bridal hair services, please fill out a bridal quote form and I will contact you within 48 hours to confirm if I am available and get a quote written up for you. It is recommended to book in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Pricing and Payment:

The basic prices for each service are provided upon request and may vary based on the complexity and length of the treatment required. A detailed breakdown of the pricing will be given prior to confirming the appointment. Payment is due on or a few days before the appointment, I normally send out my invoices at the start of the week, I also have an eftpos machine I bring with me on the day which accepts cards, after pay and zip pay payments, I also accept cash although card is preferred. For bridal hair services, a deposit is required upon booking to secure the date. Details will be provided on your bridal quote/invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a 50% cancellation fee or charged the full amount if cancelled on the day of. For bridal hair your deposit is refundable up until 3 months before your wedding day. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to accommodate you and reschedule your appointment.

Travel Fee:

For colour and extension services, a standard travel fee of $50 will apply to any mobile job.

For wedding services, a travel fee starting at $100 is required. This fee reflects the earlier start times, reduced flexibility, and often greater distances associated with wedding events.

Allergies and Precautions:

Please inform me of any known allergies or sensitivities to hair products or extensions before the appointment. I will take necessary precautions to ensure your safety and well-being during the services. However, I cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur due to undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.

Results and Guarantees:

While I strive to achieve the best possible results for each client, individual outcomes may vary based on hair type, condition, and lifestyle. I cannot guarantee specific results, but I assure you that I will use my expertise and skill to deliver high-quality hairdressing services.

Hair Products and Equipment:

I use professional-grade hair products and equipment during all services. If you have any specific product preferences or concerns, please inform me in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate your requests.

Client Responsibility:

It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and honest information about their hair history, previous treatments, and any other relevant details that may impact the service. I reserve the right to refuse or modify services if the client's hair condition poses any risks.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

I respect your privacy and will keep all personal information and hair-related details confidential. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Hair Extensions Policy:

As part of my mobile hairdressing services, I offer hair extensions to enhance the length and volume of your hair. Please note that hair extensions are a specialty service and require maintenance every 6-8 weeks. Before the installation of hair extensions, a consultation will be conducted to discuss your hair goals, extension options, and aftercare instructions.

Refund Policy for Hair Extensions:

Due to the nature of hair extensions and the customisation required for each client, once the hair extensions have been ordered and the 50% deposit has been paid, they cannot be refunded. The process of customising and cutting hair extensions is irreversible, and as such, I am unable to accept returns or provide refunds for these products once they have been altered to fit your specific requirements. If you don't wish to go ahead with getting your extensions installed after they have been ordered, you can either pay the full amount and keep the hair incase you change your mind or forfeit the 50% deposit.

Quality Assurance:

Rest assured that I use only high-quality hair extensions sourced from reputable suppliers to ensure the best results for my clients. If you have any concerns about the colour or quality of the hair extensions, please communicate them during the initial consultation, and I will do my utmost to address any issues before proceeding with the service.

Maintenance and Care:

Proper care and maintenance are crucial to prolong the lifespan and appearance of your hair extensions. I will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to ensure that you can enjoy your extensions for as long as possible. Please follow these guidelines diligently to protect your investment and maintain the beauty of your hair extensions.

Extension Removal and Adjustments:

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the hair extensions or experience any issues with them, please contact me immediately. I offer extension removal and adjustment services if needed, and I will work with you to find a suitable solution that meets your expectations. Extension removal is free if it is required under 1 week of installation, after that a small fee will apply.

Allergic Reactions:

While rare, some individuals may experience allergic reactions to hair extension materials or adhesives. If you notice any unusual discomfort or irritation after the installation, please contact me immediately, and I will take appropriate measures to address the situation promptly.

By proceeding with the hair extensions service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above regarding refunds and alterations once the extensions have been colored, cut, and/or installed.
